BishopTech / Business systemsLet’s talk

A good launch deserves good upkeep.

Keep the system working after the launch.

Websites change. Dependencies update. Business details move. Have one technical operator watching the agreed systems and keeping small changes from becoming bigger problems.

A more capable web

Make your business easy to understand.
And useful to interact with.

Customers still need a website that feels straightforward. As browser agents gain the ability to act on a user’s behalf, those same clear routes, understandable controls, and reliable responses become even more useful.

We build the foundation first: fast pages, semantic structure, accurate information, and working customer journeys. Then we expose specific capabilities through supported integrations, with permissions and confirmation where they belong.

01

A fast experience

Lean pages, optimized assets, and a measured performance budget.

02

An understandable interface

Clear routes, labeled controls, stable layouts, and accessible forms.

03

A useful action layer

Defined tools for real tasks, with validated inputs and clear results.

04

A connected business

Inquiries flow to the right workspace and the right person.

Performance with receipts

95+ is the target.
The test is the proof.

We target 95+ Lighthouse performance on agreed launch pages under defined mobile and desktop test conditions. You receive the tested URLs, conditions, and results.

A target is not a universal guarantee. Required widgets, platform limits, network conditions, and future changes can affect results. Exceptions are discussed in scope, and real-user experience is assessed separately when data is available.

From visit to follow-through

Someone owns the next step.

From a monitoring alert to an approved fix, there is a defined path and a person responsible for following it.

Your team

Reviews and follows up

A mini CRM behind your website.

Bring contacts, inquiry details, lead status, notes, and follow-up tasks into a focused workspace. Give your team the access they need without making the website’s public tools a door into private customer records.

Already have a CRM? Keep it.

We assess your current CRM and connect through supported APIs, webhooks, or an agreed import workflow. Field mapping, duplicate handling, permissions, and delivery checks are part of the scope. Available access and vendor limits determine what can be connected.

Agent-ready, with a purpose

Give agents a clear route.
Keep people in control.

Useful integrations start with a task: finding a service, preparing an inquiry, or checking approved information. We scope the task before building the tool.

01 / ON THE PAGE

WebMCP

Expose structured actions to compatible browser agents. Standard links and forms remain available for everyone else.

02 / BETWEEN SYSTEMS

MCP + APIs

Connect authorized tools to defined business capabilities. Public discovery and private customer operations get separate permissions.

03 / AT THE DECISION

Review + confirmation

Validate requests, show clear outcomes, and require the agreed approval before sensitive actions or production changes.

WebMCP is an emerging browser capability; availability varies. It is not a requirement for search rankings or AI citations. Read Google’s WebMCP documentation ↗

Monthly website management

A clear scope.
A clear next step.

From $499/month

onboarding quoted for existing websites

Get a scoped proposal ↗

Existing sites are assessed before acceptance. Support is during business hours; response target is one business day.

What we agree before work starts

  • Managed deployment and routine maintenance
  • Monitoring of the agreed website and integrations
  • Investigation of actionable failures
  • Two small revisions, up to one hour total monthly
  • Site Check monitoring and a monthly change summary
  • Business-hours support and preview approvals

Standard build pricing covers up to five core pages and one agreed business workflow. Complex migrations, custom applications, additional locations, and advanced CRM features are quoted separately. Vendor subscriptions and metered voice/AI usage are disclosed separately before agreement.

After the launch

Request. Preview.
Approve. Publish.

Your revision goes through a reviewable preview. You can see what is changing before it reaches the live website.

Explore monthly management ↗

Keep it healthy

Routine maintenance, agreed integration checks, and investigation when something needs attention.

Keep it current

Two small revisions per month, capped at one hour of implementation. Larger work gets a separate quote.

Keep it measurable

Site Check monitoring for the managed website and a concise monthly change summary.

Extend it when useful

After-hours voice capture and additional automations can be included in a scoped proposal, with usage terms agreed first.

Choose the right starting point

Can you connect to any CRM?+

We can assess any current CRM. The actual connection depends on its API, account permissions, licensing, and supported features. We confirm the route and limits before quoting.

Do I need to rebuild my existing website?+

Only if the current platform cannot support the agreed outcome sensibly. The integration project starts with an inspection so you can keep what already works.

Will this guarantee better search rankings?+

No. Fast pages, useful content, and clear customer journeys are worthwhile foundations. MCP and WebMCP do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, or new leads.

How fast can you launch?+

A standard website can often be ready in about 48 hours after the deposit, content, and required access are in place. CRM access, phone provisioning, complex work, and approvals can change the timeline.

Can I get a report before deciding?+

Yes. Site Check gives you one completed free scan per business. Enter your business contact details to unlock the full report, then decide whether you want help implementing the findings.
