Choose the job
Map a real responsibility, its inputs, the owner, and what a successful handoff looks like.
Always On Agent Configuration
I set up the agents, tools, permissions, schedules, and handoffs behind an ongoing workflow. Start with one dependable role or coordinate a mixed team across platforms.
Illustrative workflow. The exact agents, triggers, and permissions are chosen during scoping.
What gets configured
Hermes, Muse, GrokBot, ChatGPT dots, OpenClaw, or another suitable runtime. Selection follows the job and available access.
Give each agent a role and a handoff contract so research, drafting, review, and execution can move through a clear path.
Permissions, human approval, cost limits, logs, recovery notes, and a way to pause work when conditions change.
The build path
Map a real responsibility, its inputs, the owner, and what a successful handoff looks like.
Set up the appropriate agent runtimes, connected tools, knowledge, schedules, and access boundaries.
Route tasks and context between agents where supported, with a shared record of what was requested and done.
Run realistic cases, define approval points and failure paths, then document how to inspect and maintain the system.
Starting scope and price
These are starting scopes for implementation work. The quote follows the number of agents, integrations, environments, and approval paths your workflow needs.
Single agent foundation
From $2,500 one-time
One agent environment with one defined role and workflow, up to two available tool connections, an approval boundary, basic checks, and handoff notes.
Coordinated agent network
From $5,000 one-time
Two or more agent roles with a defined handoff, shared task record, review rules, and integration testing. Final scope depends on each platform’s supported access.
From $299/month for one managed environment: health checks, routine updates, and a monthly workflow review. Hosting, model usage, vendor subscriptions, and third-party fees are billed separately.
Platform features and integration access change. I confirm the supported connection method before promising cross-platform handoffs; where a direct connection is unavailable, the design can use an approved shared tool or a human review step.
Start with the work
Bring the tools you already use, the jobs you want handled, and the decisions you still want to make yourself. I’ll map the first practical configuration.
